Each regional network is uniquely designed to reach the culture around them. FIRST PRIORITY has been effectively established in urban, suburban, and rural cities and communities.
This was a unexpected sermon for Brandon because Brad from first Prioirty made to Decatur but it was Decatur IL. This was a great night Christ got the victory 25 students surrendered to shool missionaries and 2 students gave their lives to Christ.

MEND

TODAY IS THE DAY THAT INVISIBLE CHILDREN PROUDLY INTRODUCES MEND.

MEND is a revolutionary handbag that tells the story of the seamstress who made it. A handbag hand made by one remarkable woman from the first stitch to the last.

There is nothing else like MEND. It is mutiny in the marketplace. A revolution on the runway. And the unique nature of these bags means that there are few made each season.

So if you want one, you need to act fast. See the story for yourself:

First Priority 11-4-09

This week at the Refuge special guest speaker
Brad Schelling
Director of Expansion
First Priority of America
at THERefuge @6:30 this Wed. night

Always be ready to give a reason for the hope that you have.  1 Peter 3:15

If you are involved in the schools in our area this is a meeting you don't want to miss.
Is it free to be a member of First Priority club?
Yes, it's free!  There are no dues required to attend a club meeting.
What are First Priority clubs?
First Priority campus clubs meet weekly on campus during non-curriculum time.  They are student-initiated and student-led.  Students hold one another accountable, are challenged to live out their faith, share their personal stories, and bring their friends to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Is First Priority affiliated with a particular denomination?

First Priority is multi-denominational. We believe the that the church should not only work as a congregation and denomination but also as a city of believers unity in pray, passion, and purpose.  Also see our statement of faith.

I just graduated high aschool and want to stay involved. What should I do?

The greatest thing you can do as a graduate is return and invest in First Priority clubs and students.  Check out the Get Involved section to find out more!

What type of people are in First Priority clubs?
First Priority is for everyone!  The campus is where you spend the majority of your life and First Priority is a place to talk to other friends and leaders about the things you face and overcome on a daily basis.
I am interested in starting First Priority in my area; What do I do?
Please contact us by filling out the Launching Form and our City Services team will assist you in finding the First Priority Network in your area. If there is not currently one in your area, our Expansion team will help you build the foundation necessary to see one established in your town or city for years to come.
Does First Priority staff make recommendations to kids about which church to attend?

First Priority is a local church strategy and an extension of the local church. We encourage all students to be active in their local church. We help students choose a church where they feel comfortable and that will help them grow to spiritual maturity.

Our church already has a youth program. In what way does First Priority support the ministry of the local church?

First Priority is the extension of the local church youth ministry onto the campus.

I've read your Statement of Faith and don't see any position on a doctrinal issue that is important to me. How can I find out First Priority's position on this issue?

Generally, we try for the sake of unity in the body of Christ to not over value specific doctrinal issues, but if anything is a concern for you please contact us and we will answer any questions you have.

What should parents say when their kid tells them he's been to First Priority club during the week and now he doesn't need to go to church on Sunday?

First Priority is not a substitute for the local church. It is an extension of the local church. Students take the faith that is encouraged in the church to be lived out through First Priority in the school.

Does my child have to be a Christian or believe in God to attend First Priority?
No.  First Priority is for everyone.
Is First Priority's involvement in schools compatible with the First Amendment?
Yes. In the schools we operate under the equal access law that says Christian students can lead a club under the same authority that they can have any other club. The state does not encourage but cannot also inhibit their right to speech and assembly.
